By accessing, purchasing, or using any services, templates, consultations, or digital content provided by Elevate, Thryv & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, customers, and users engaging with our services—whether through our website, email, social media, or direct communication. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with our services.
All services provided by Elevate, Thryv & Co. are delivered digitally. This includes, but is not limited to:
Typical turnaround time is 2–5 business days after receiving both the full project details and the initial deposit.
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. No service will commence until payment is received in full.
All sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of our offerings, we do not issue refunds under any circumstance.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content and information at the time of booking via the booking form. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of submission. Failure to provide requested materials or respond promptly may result in service delays or cancellation without refund.
All custom content and materials remain the intellectual property of Elevate, Thryv & Co. until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients are granted full usage rights for personal or business purposes only. Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Ontario law and jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
